TOKYO TOYS presents Atom from Osamu Tezuka's legendary Tetsuwan Atom in this Gold version, numbered TZKV-004 in their collection celebrating the works of the manga and anime pioneer. Tetsuwan Atom, known worldwide as Astro Boy, follows a robot boy with extraordinary abilities including flight, superhuman strength, and advanced hearing. Created by Dr. Tenma as a replacement for his deceased son, Atom ultimately becomes a champion of peace and justice, bridging the gap between humans and robots. As Osamu Tezuka's most iconic creation, Atom is widely regarded as a foundational character in anime and manga history, having debuted in 1952 and influenced generations of creators. TOKYO TOYS developed a collection of figures honoring Tezuka's most beloved characters, with this Gold variant offering a premium finish on the classic hero.
