About this figure
Benelic presents Hercules as part of the Astro Boy: The Greatest Robot on Earth Collection, a figure line celebrating one of the most iconic story arcs in Osamu Tezuka's legendary manga. Standing approximately 115mm tall, this collectible brings to life one of the seven powerful robots targeted by Pluto in the classic 1964 narrative. "The Greatest Robot on Earth" originally ran in Shonen magazine in March 1964 and follows a sultan named Chochi Chochi Ababa the Third, who builds the mighty Pluto to prove his robot is the greatest on Earth. Pluto is sent to destroy seven powerful robots across the world, including Montblanc in Switzerland, North #2 in Scotland, and the Turkish wrestler Brando. Hercules is among the robots caught in this deadly tournament, as the story explores themes of strength, sacrifice, and what it truly means to be powerful. The figure stands 115mm tall and is part of Benelic's collection commemorating this landmark Astro Boy storyline.
