Amakuni, in collaboration with Hobby Japan and Sentinel, presents Gwenpool from Marvel's The Unbelievable Gwenpool comic series in a 1/7 scale figure. Sculpted by Pinpoint and Akimof, the figure stands approximately 130mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. The Unbelievable Gwenpool, written by Hastings with art by Gurihiru, ran from 2016 to 2018 and follows Gwen Poole, a young woman from the real world who finds herself transported into the Marvel Universe. Unlike other heroes, Gwen has no actual powers but exploits her meta-awareness of comic book tropes to survive, treating the world as a story where she is the protagonist. Her pink-and-white outfit was originally mistaken for a Deadpool variant, giving her the Gwenpool moniker. The series blends humor, fourth-wall-breaking narrative, and surprisingly emotional storytelling as Gwen grapples with the consequences of treating fictional characters as disposable. Designed with input from Gurihiru, the figure depicts Gwen sitting cross-legged with her katana and a playful peace sign. It includes an alternate masked head sculpt and a circular base featuring comic panels, capturing the character's cheeky, self-aware charm.
