Reimu Hakurei is the main protagonist of the Touhou Project series, a beloved collection of bullet hell shooters created by ZUN. As the shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine, Reimu serves as the guardian of Gensokyo, a sealed realm where humans and yokai coexist. She is known for her laid-back personality, love of tea and donations, and her formidable spiritual power. Despite her casual demeanor, Reimu consistently resolves the various incidents that threaten Gensokyo's balance, making her one of gaming's most iconic indie characters.
