Hakurei Reimu is the main protagonist of the Touhou Project, a beloved doujin game series created by ZUN (Team Shanghai Alice). Reimu serves as the shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine, tasked with maintaining the barrier between Gensokyo and the outside world. She is known for her straightforward personality, spiritual abilities, and tendency to resolve incidents — supernatural disturbances that threaten the peace of Gensokyo.
