Momiji Inubashiri serves as a patrol guard of Youkai Mountain, a duty she executes with a notably cooperative and faithful personality. She possesses the telegnosis ability to see a thousand ri ahead — roughly 3,927 kilometers — which combined with her superior sense of smell makes her an exceptional sentinel capable of detecting any intruder almost instantly. Though obedient to the Great Tengu, she reportedly looks down on crow tengu and holds strong feelings about the dignity of beasts. In her free time, she plays dai shōgi with the kappa.
