This collectible is part of FuRyu's popular lottery series celebrating the Touken Ranbu franchise. Touken Ranbu Online is a popular browser game where historical Japanese swords are personified as warriors known as Touken Danshi. Hizamaru is one such sword warrior, based on the actual tachi forged by the Kamakura-period swordsmith Hiromitsu. In the game, these sword boys are deployed by a sage to travel back in time to protect history from being altered by the Retrograde Army. Hizamaru is known for his close relationship with his sibling sword Higekiri, and their bond is a recurring element in the franchise's expanded media. The noodle stopper figure stands approximately 140mm tall and is designed to perch on the edge of a cup of noodles, a signature format for FuRyu's popular line.
