Oniri Creations presents a stunning 1/6 scale statue of Captain Harlock from Leiji Matsumoto's cult manga and anime series, Space Pirate Captain Harlock. Limited to only 750 pieces worldwide, this hand-painted collectible comes with a certificate of authenticity and an instructions booklet. The statue captures a memorable scene from the anime in which Harlock travels to the Amazon and is quickly attacked by the Mazone, an alien race of plant-based beings. The base represents a tropical jungle with snow on the ground, as cold is the only way to neutralize the Mazone. Intricate details include plants, lianas, bark, and Harlock's foes caught mid-transformation into their tree-like appearance. Harlock stands at the center, gun at the ready, prepared to face the enemies surrounding him. The painting conveys the cold of the scene, with bluish reflections on the black costume reminiscent of the nighttime setting, and the Mazone's green skin gradually giving way to bark texture as their metamorphosis progresses. Sculpted by Pierre-Marie Albert, Logan Lebailly, and Kevin Ferrer, the statue measures 32 × 42 × 45 cm and stands approximately 420mm tall, with snow flocking applied to the ground and surrounding trees for added realism.
