Acro presents Alien Metron from Ultraseven as part of their Kaiju Remix Series, a collaborative project featuring design work by Nirasawa Yasushi with supervision by Takeya Takayuki. This distinctive statue stands approximately 320mm tall and reimagines one of the most memorable alien adversaries from the Ultra series. Alien Metron first appeared in the classic Ultraseven episode "The Targeted Town," where the alien infiltrated human society by distributing cigarettes laced with a substance that caused humans to become violent and hallucinate. The episode is celebrated as one of the finest in tokusatsu history, with Metron's scheme representing a chillingly subtle form of alien invasion. The character's design, with his crystalline body and distinctive insectoid features, has made him a fan-favorite among Ultra series aliens. This Kaiju Remix Series statue is sculpted by Nirasawa Yasushi and Abe Junnosuke, with Takeya Takayuki serving as supervisor. The figure is constructed from PVC and vinyl materials, offering a unique artistic interpretation of the classic Ultra Seven alien that blends traditional tokusatsu design with contemporary sculpting techniques.
