Max Factory presents Hatsune Miku 2.0 as figma #200, standing approximately 140mm tall. Sculpted by Asai (APSY) Masaki, this articulated figure is constructed from ABS and PVC and includes a stand for dynamic posing. Hatsune Miku, developed by Crypton Future Media and initially released in August 2007 for the VOCALOID2 engine, was the first release in Crypton's Character Vocal Series and has become the most popular and well-known Vocaloid. She was the third Japanese Vocaloid created and the seventh overall, and is widely recognized as the first Vocaloid to achieve pop idol status. Her character has since seen numerous voice bank updates, including Append releases and an upgrade to the VOCALOID3 engine with an English vocal release. The 2.0 version represents an updated release of the original Hatsune Miku figma, featuring improved articulation and refined sculpting. Released in November 2013, the figure includes a stand and offers a wide range of posing options that reflect Miku's energetic performance style.
