MegaHouse presents the Insect Queen figure as part of the Monsters Chronicle lineup, bringing the iconic Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters card creature to life in three-dimensional form. In the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters anime series, monsters are summoned from cards to battle in the Shadow Games and Duel Monsters card game. The Insect Queen is a powerful insect-type monster card associated with the character Weevil Underwood, a cunning duelist who specializes in insect decks and uses deceptive tactics to gain the upper hand. The Monsters Chronicle line by MegaHouse was created to translate the monsters seen on Yu-Gi-Oh! cards into detailed collectible figures, with the Insect Queen serving as the second release in the series. The line has since expanded to include other iconic monsters such as Blue Eyes White Dragon, Dark Necrofear, and Celtic Guardian. This figure stands approximately 120mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC materials. The sculpting was handled by Namoji and Jun Gotou, with the figure including a detailed display base. The product box carries a Bandai Namco warning label as proof of official licensing, and the figure is recommended for ages 15 and up due to small parts.
