Louise is the female protagonist of Zero no Tsukaima, a fantasy light novel and anime series set at the Tristain Academy of Magic. Despite her noble lineage as the third daughter of the Duke de la Vallière family, Louise earned the nickname 'Zero Louise' among her peers due to her consistent failure at casting magic properly. Her life changes dramatically when she accidentally summons Saito Hiraga, an ordinary Japanese teenager, as her familiar during a summoning ritual, binding them together in a contract that drives much of the series' story. Released in 2007, this figure was part of Alter's early lineup during the height of the series' popularity.
