Premium Bandai is Bandai's own register. Nobody serious calls it a bootleg shop.

The human complaints are about getting in. r/KamenRider had a thread when the JP site started blocking VPNs. Overseas collectors could not even load p-bandai.jp. r/SHFiguarts threads about the US store are calmer. Pay at checkout, ship from California, about a week once it leaves. Those are two different shops with the same logo.

A lottery loss on the JP site is not a packing review. Say which site you used.

Premium Bandai is Bandai's own store, not a reseller. Tamashii Nations, Figuarts, some exclusive colorways, and web-shop only items live here first. If a listing is P-Bandai exclusive, this is often the only clean official path besides a proxy. The catch is the storefront. The Japanese site is the one with stock. The international site is a different catalog and a different shipping map. Payment and account rules change. Pre-orders are real factory slots, so a missed window is a missed figure, not a backorder six months later. They ship official product. Bootlegs are not the failure mode. The failure mode is the buy window, region lock, and lottery. Shipping from Japan still means customs on your side. Use Premium Bandai when the item is theirs. Do not treat it as a general figure mall. You will not find Alter scales or GSC Nendoroids in this cart. If your order was a lottery loss or a region-blocked checkout, say that in the review. That is the actual Premium Bandai experience, not a 1-5 for "did a box arrive."
