Apex Innovation presents a 1/7 scale figure of Formidable from the popular mobile game Azur Lane, depicting her in the Still Illustration Ver. based on a New Year's illustration of the character. In Azur Lane's lore, Formidable is the younger sister of Illustrious and Victorious within the Royal Navy faction. While she presents herself as an elegant Royal lady, she harbors a contrasting wild personality — disliking etiquette and decorating her room with rock star posters. During her launch, a shipyard miscalculation of her weight caused the supports to collapse, leading to her launching herself. This incident resulted in frequent teasing about her tonnage and earned her the nickname Fat Dinosaur among her peers. The figure stands approximately 220mm tall and is made from PVC and ABS. It faithfully recreates Formidable's cheongsam from the New Year's illustration, utilizing transparent materials and gradient painting for a subtly translucent effect.
