Good Smile Company's Nendoroid #402 captures Black Gold Saw in her TV Animation ver. from the Black Rock Shooter franchise. This non-scale articulated figure brings the alternate-world fighter into the compact and expressive Nendoroid format. Black Rock Shooter began as a single illustration by artist Ryohei Fuke (huke) before expanding into a multimedia franchise. The TV Animation version reimagines the story around two parallel worlds: the everyday lives of schoolgirls and a surreal battlefield where their emotional struggles manifest as armed combatants. Black Gold Saw is one of these otherworldly fighters, distinguished by her golden blade and imposing horns, representing the inner turmoil of her real-world counterpart. Standing approximately 100mm tall, this ABS and PVC figure was sculpted by Nendoron with cooperation from Sanzigen, the animation studio behind the TV series. Released in July 2014, the figure includes a stand and interchangeable parts to recreate poses from the animation.
