Noire represents the PlayStation console family and serves as the CPU (Console Patron Unit) of the nation of Lastation. Known for her serious and hardworking personality, she is often seen as a perfectionist who takes her duties extremely seriously. Despite her composed exterior, she has a notably tsundere personality and secretly enjoys cosplay and photography, hobbies she tries to keep hidden from others. Her relationship with the protagonist Neptune is a key dynamic, as the two share a friendly rivalry. The figure stands approximately 200mm tall and is made from ABS and ATBC-PVC.
