Kotobukiya presents Daredevil from Marvel's Defenders series as part of their ARTFX+ line at 1/10 scale. This figure captures the Man Without Fear in his iconic red suit, based on illustrations by renowned comic artist Dale Keown. Daredevil is the superhero alter ego of Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer who fights crime both in the courtroom and on the streets of Hell's Kitchen. Created by Stan Lee and Bill Everett, the character first appeared in Daredevil #1 in 1964. A childhood accident involving radioactive material blinded Murdock but heightened his other senses to superhuman levels. Frank Miller's influential run in the 1980s cemented Daredevil as a darker, more complex figure in the Marvel Universe, earning him the epithet "Devil of Hell's Kitchen." The figure stands approximately 185mm tall and is made from ABS, PVC, and magnetic materials. It was sculpted by Abe Junnosuke with art direction from Dale Keown, and was released in April 2018 as part of Kotobukiya's Defenders ARTFX+ collection.
