About this figure

Sentinel brings Suppaman from Akira Toriyama's beloved Dr. Slump series to life in this detailed figure. Standing approximately 160mm tall and made of PVC, this figure captures the comical yet muscular character in a dynamic pose. Suppaman is a recurring character from Dr. Slump, a manga and anime series set in the whimsical Penguin Village. Created by Akira Toriyama before his work on Dragon Ball, Dr. Slump follows the eccentric inventor Senbei Norimaki and his robot girl Arale. Suppaman is a parody of Superman who gains his powers from eating pickled plums (umeboshi) rather than being an alien hero. He is known for his comedic antics and over-the-top personality, fitting perfectly into the absurdist humor of Penguin Village. The figure reproduces Suppaman's muscular arm definition and the wrinkles of his cloak with particular attention to detail. Sentinel designed the figure to be displayed alongside other Dr. Slump characters, allowing collectors to expand their Penguin Village diorama.
