Kotobukiya's ARTFX J series brings Hyunckel from Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai to life in this 1/8 scale figure. Standing approximately 230mm tall, the statue is made from ABS and PVC materials. Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai follows a young boy named Dai who discovers his destiny as a hero in a world threatened by the resurrection of the Dark Lord. Hyunckel, known as the immortal warrior, is a complex character who begins as an antagonist before becoming a powerful ally. He wields the Demon Spear and channels his Aura of Light, a technique central to his combat style. The figure depicts him in a heroic pose, pouring his Aura of Light into his weapon to pierce through enemies. The figure features glittering silver armor with under-armor paint that creates green and purple reflections depending on the viewing angle. An effect part depicting his Bloody Scryde technique is included, and the right arm is articulated for adjustable posing. This limited edition release offers both standard and effect versions for dynamic display options.
