This figure captures the character in a relaxed and peaceful pose. Fushigi no Umi no Nadia is a classic anime series from 1990, directed by Hideaki Anno at Gainax. The story follows Nadia, a young circus performer with a mysterious past, and Jean, a young inventor, as they embark on an adventure spanning from the Paris World Exposition to the lost continent of Atlantis. King is a small lion cub who serves as Nadia's loyal companion and provides comic relief throughout the journey. The series blends steampunk elements, Jules Verne-inspired storytelling, and themes of identity and belonging. The figure stands approximately 150mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. It was sculpted by Hoshina Eimi with cooperation from Ousaka Miki.
