Etelgar, known as the Super Dimensional Demon, is a demon-like alien and the true antagonist of the film. He attacked Planet Zandt and captured one of its residents, Arena, manipulating her memories by concealing his own image as her planet's destroyer and replacing it with Ultraman Ginga's likeness. Together they traveled across dimensions kidnapping Heisei Ultras. Etelgar was powerful enough to withstand Ultraman Zero's Ultimate Aegis attack, which only burned off his scarf and broke his mask. He could also create Eteldummies, fear-based copies of defeated enemies like Dark Lugiel. Designed by Masayuki Gotoh, Etelgar's name derives from the katakana for "Eternal." The figure was produced by Bandai as part of their Ultra Monster Series in 2016, representing the character in his appearance from the Ultraman Ginga S film.
