This 1/12000 scale model of the Masasoite is part of the Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu Fleet File Collection Volume 11, produced by Alba Create. The Fleet File Collection contains sets of finely detailed starship models, each accompanied by a display stand with the ship's name painted on the base. Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu, also known as Legend of the Galactic Heroes, is an epic space opera depicting a centuries-long war between the Free Planets Alliance and the Galactic Empire. Volume 11 of the Fleet File Collection includes a total of 10 ships: the Berlin, Ostmark, Wilhelmina, two Imperial fast battleships from the 788 UC era in Goldenbaum and Goldenlöwe versions, the Masasoite, and four Alliance battleships from the 788 UC era. The collection is produced by Wright Staff and made of ABS plastic, with some minor assembly required.
