MegaHouse brings Sakata Gintoki from the beloved series Gintama into their popular Lookup figure line. Gintoki Sakata is the laid-back, perm-haired protagonist of Gintama, a sci-fi historical comedy set in an alternate Edo period where aliens known as Amanto have invaded and colonized Japan. Gintoki runs the Yorozuya odd-jobs business alongside Shinpachi Shimura and Kagura, taking on any request for money. A former samurai who fought in the Joui War against the Amanto, he now spends his time reading Jump manga, gambling, and eating sweets while reluctantly helping those in need. The Lookup series features figures in sitting poses looking upward, designed to be displayed at eye level so they always appear to be looking right at you. The neck includes a joint for adjustable head positioning. This pre-painted figure stands approximately 110mm tall and was released in October 2024. Gintoki is released alongside Toshiro Hijikata, making them perfect for displaying together to recreate the Gintama universe.
