Sculpted by Hoshina Eimi and Honda Heihachi, this figure is made from ABS and PVC materials, capturing the flamboyant Anzio commander in detailed form. Anchovy, whose real name is Chiyomi Anzai, is the passionate commander of Anzio High School's sensha-do team. Known for her deep love of Italian food and her charismatic leadership, she took command when the team was in serious decline due to lack of funds and equipment. Rather than giving up, Anchovy rallied her team and relied on ingenuity, outmaneuvering stronger opponents with divide-and-conquer tactics and even cardboard decoys. Her leadership eventually secured the powerful Carro Armato P40 for Anzio's arsenal, a testament to her determination. The figure depicts Anchovy with her signature long pastel green twin pigtails, reddish-brown eyes, and her distinctive black mantle secured by a chain. She carries her riding crop, a symbol of her authority as sensha-do commander, making this a fitting tribute to one of the series' most spirited supporting characters.
