CCP presents Hedorah from the 1971 Toho film Gojira vs. Hedorah as part of their Artistic Monsters Collection. This specific figure depicts the Entotsu, or Chimney, Hedorah in the Ginga (galaxy) version, offering a unique artistic interpretation of one of Godzilla's most memorable kaiju adversaries. Gojira vs. Hedorah is one of the most environmentally conscious entries in the Godzilla franchise, with Hedorah serving as a monster born from industrial pollution. The creature evolves through multiple forms, starting as microscopic organisms in polluted water and growing into increasingly massive and dangerous forms. The Chimney Hedorah specifically captures the creature in its iconic pose inhaling smoke from a factory chimney, a striking image that symbolizes the film's commentary on environmental destruction. Hedorah's design, with its pleated, amorphous body and unsettling red eyes, has made it one of the most distinctive kaiju in Toho's roster. The figure stands approximately 195mm tall and is constructed from PVC soft vinyl with ABS and acrylic components used for the eyes. The paint design was handled by Sarutajira, and the figure features a luxurious glossy finish. It was released in August 2025 as a pre-painted finished product, manufactured in Japan and targeted at collectors aged 15 and older.
