Danua is a character from Cygames' Granblue Fantasy, a fantasy franchise set in a world where islands float in the sky and skyfarers traverse the clouds. The Granblue Fantasy story follows Gran, a boy who dreamed of becoming a skyfarer like his father, and Lyria, a girl with the ability to connect with Primal Beasts through a blue jewel. After Gran saves Lyria from the Erste Empire, they begin a journey together alongside Katalina, a former Empire lieutenant who rescued Lyria, and Vyrn, a lizard-like companion who insists he is a dragon. Their destination is Estalucia, the Island of the Astrals, following a letter from Gran's father.
