Kotobukiya's ARTFX J line brings Saitou Hajime from Hakuouki to life in this 1/8 scale figure. As the captain of the Shinsengumi's 3rd Division, Saitou is a native of Edo who wields his sword in his left hand and fights with extraordinary skill as a master of iai-style combat. Known as a silent killer who strikes without mercy or visible emotion, Saitou is one of the strongest members of the Shinsengumi. His left-handed fighting style gives him an additional advantage in battle, as enemies rarely expect to face a left-handed samurai — a trait that commander Kondou considers a strategic asset. Despite his cold demeanor toward everyone, Saitou is unfailingly polite and earns respect even from his opponents.
