Good Smile Company presents Houjou Satoko from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sotsu as a 1/7 scale figure in her High School Student Ver., produced under the Miyuki brand. This figure captures Satoko in her older appearance from the Gou and Sotsu arcs. Satoko is one of the central characters of the Higurashi series, known as the "Trapmaster" for her skill in setting elaborate traps. As the younger sister of Hōjō Satoshi, she endured a turbulent childhood — her mother repeatedly married and divorced, and her parents' support of the Hinamizawa Dam Project led the family to be branded as traitors by villagers. After her parents' death, she developed severe trust issues and eventually succumbed to the terminal stages of Hinamizawa Syndrome. In Gou and Sotsu, Satoko takes on the role of main antagonist, making her high school appearance a particularly significant version for fans. Sculpted by Icrea and Donguri, the figure stands approximately 230mm tall and depicts Satoko in her high school uniform, reflecting her older design from the sequel series.
