Despite his stoic and serious demeanor, Hoozuki is known for resorting to violent means to solve problems and is proficient at inflicting mental anguish on his enemies. Ironically, he is extremely fond of animals and takes care of the creatures in Animal Hell during his spare time, raising Goldfish Plants and expressing hatred for humans who abuse animals. His management and organization skills make him the most important figure in Hell besides Enma himself.
