MegaHouse presents Furuhashi Iharu from Kaiju No. 8 as part of their popular Look Up figure series. This pre-painted figure captures the Defense Force member in the series' signature sitting pose with an upward gaze, designed to be displayed at eye level alongside the collector. Kaiju No. 8 follows Kafka Hibino, a man who works in kaiju cleanup but dreams of joining the Defense Force, only to accidentally gain the ability to transform into a powerful kaiju himself. Iharu Furuhashi is a fellow Defense Force member who participates in the rigorous selection and training process alongside Kafka. The series, created by Naoya Matsumoto and published by Shueisha, blends action, humor, and monster-slaying spectacle as its characters battle increasingly dangerous kaiju threats while navigating their own ambitions and relationships within the military structure. The figure stands approximately 110mm tall and features a neck joint that allows the head to always look toward the viewer. Released in October 2024, it is designed to be displayed alongside companion figures of Kafka Hibino, Soshiro Hoshina, and Reno Ichikawa to recreate the Kaiju No. 8 universe. The Japan reference price was set at 4,950 yen including tax.
