MegaHouse presents the Kochou Shinobu figure as part of the popular Look Up series, based on the hit anime and manga Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The figure stands approximately 110mm tall and was released in January 2021. Shinobu Kocho is the Insect Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps, known for her calm and seemingly gentle demeanor that masks a deep-seated hatred for demons stemming from the loss of her sister. Unlike other Hashira, Shinobu lacks the physical strength to decapitate demons, so she developed a unique fighting style using insect breathing techniques and wisteria-based poisons to slay them. Her butterfly-themed design, complete with a distinctive haori pattern and gentle smile, makes her one of the most visually recognizable characters in the series. She plays a critical role in the battle against the Upper Rank demon Doma. The Look Up series features figures in sitting poses looking upward, designed to be displayed at eye level so the character appears to be looking directly at the viewer. The neck includes a joint for adjustable head positioning. MegaHouse recommends displaying Shinobu alongside other Demon Slayer Look Up figures, including the simultaneously released Giyu Tomioka.
