Good Smile Company, in collaboration with Good Smile Arts Shanghai, presents Lan Wangji from the beloved Chinese animated series Mo Dao Zu Shi (Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation) in a 1/8 scale Childhood Ver. figure. This release offers fans a rare glimpse of the iconic character in his younger years. Mo Dao Zu Shi follows the story of Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji, two cultivators whose intertwined destinies span multiple lifetimes. Lan Wangji, known for his stoic demeanor and unwavering sense of justice, is one of the most revered characters in the series. The Childhood Ver. captures a softer, more innocent side of the character before the events that shaped him into the formidable cultivator fans know. Preorders from the Good Smile Online Shop included a bonus acrylic stand with a light-up lantern effect. The figure stands approximately 210mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. It was sculpted by EndyRing and Melon Soda, with a release in January 2023. The detailed sculpting and paintwork bring the youthful Lan Wangji to life with remarkable fidelity to the source material.
