Nekomonogatari Kuro - Black Hanekawa - Hanekawa Tsubasa (Union Creative International Ltd)Black Hanekawa, Hanekawa Tsubasa · Union Creative International Ltd

Union Creative International Ltd presents Black Hanekawa, also known as Hanekawa Tsubasa, from the Monogatari series installment Nekomonogatari Kuro. This figure captures one of the most memorable and complex characters from the celebrated supernatural mystery franchise. Nekomonogatari Kuro is a prequel in the Monogatari series, which revolves around Koyomi Araragi and his encounters with individuals affected by supernatural oddities. Hanekawa Tsubasa is his class representative and close friend, a model student who suppresses her own stress and negative emotions to an unhealthy degree. This suppression manifests as Black Hanekawa, a saw-neko oddity that possesses her during moments of extreme emotional pressure. The transformation turns the normally composed and selfless Tsubasa into a wild, uninhibited version of herself, embodying all the repressed feelings she refuses to acknowledge. The story explores themes of self-acceptance and the danger of denying one's own emotions. The figure stands approximately 180mm tall and is made from ABS, ATBC-PVC, and polyester. It was sculpted by Design Coco, with a re-release date in April 2022, offering collectors another chance to own this striking representation of the character's feline-transformed state.
