Union Creative International Ltd presents Kagari Shuusei from Psycho-Pass as part of their Mens Hdge figure line, numbered No.32. Psycho-Pass is a cyberpunk thriller set in a near-future society governed by the Sybil System, which measures citizens' mental states and criminal potential through their Psycho-Pass readings. Kagari Shuusei is an Enforcer within the Criminal Investigation Division's Unit 1, working under Inspector Akane Tsunemori. As an Enforcer, Kagari is essentially a latent criminal used by the system to hunt down other criminals. Known for his laid-back demeanor and sharp wit, he provides a contrasting personality to the more intense members of the team, though his story takes a dark turn as the series explores the moral compromises inherent in the Sybil System.
