Good Smile Company's Pop Up Parade line features Penny Polendina from the animated series RWBY. Penny is an android created by Dr. Pietro Polendina, designed with a soul and the ability to generate aura, making her a unique being in the world of Remnant. Initially presenting herself as an ordinary girl, Penny's robotic nature is revealed through her quirky mannerisms and her formidable combat capabilities, including her ability to control floating swords via invisible strings. RWBY, produced by Rooster Teeth, follows teams of young warriors training to protect their world from the creatures of Grimm. Penny's character arc explores themes of identity and what it means to be truly human, as she forms genuine friendships—particularly with the series protagonist Ruby Rose. Her design, with her orange hair and green-accented outfit, reflects her cheerful and earnest personality. This non-scale painted PVC figure stands approximately 175mm tall and includes a display stand. It was sculpted by Isao Shirasagi with paintwork by Yotaro Taniguchi. The figure was released in July 2023 at a retail price of 4,800 yen.
