Good Smile Company releases Sakamoto Ryuji in his Phantom Thief attire as Nendoroid #1162, based on Persona 5: The Animation. This figure captures the loyal and hot-headed Phantom Thief in his signature black mask and red outfit, complete with interchangeable face plates and accessories. In Persona 5, Ryuji Sakamoto is a second-year student at Shujin Academy and one of the founding members of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. A former track team member whose career was derailed by physical abuse from a corrupt teacher, Ryuji's rebellious spirit and straightforward personality make him one of Joker's closest allies. Together with the rest of the group, he infiltrates the cognitive palaces of corrupt adults to steal their distorted desires and force them to confess their crimes. The Phantom Thief version reflects the team's iconic metaverse outfits, each customized to reflect their wearer's inner rebel. Sculpted by Shichibee and Nendoron, this Nendoroid stands approximately 100mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. Originally released in December 2019, it received a rerelease in November 2023, priced at 8,456 JPY.
