Standing approximately 320mm tall, the figure is crafted from ABS, PVC, resin, and includes magnetic components. The sculpt was handled by RESTORE, Sanekata Ikkei, and Ku-Ni-O. Leatherface, whose real name is Bubba Sawyer, is the chainsaw-wielding killer from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. He wears masks made from the skin of his victims and serves as the muscle of the cannibalistic Sawyer family. Despite his brutal nature, Leatherface is often portrayed as a tragic figure — mentally impaired and manipulated by his family into committing horrific acts. The 1974 film follows a group of friends who fall victim to the Sawyer family while visiting a rural Texas farmhouse. Kotobukiya thoroughly researched footage and materials from the film to create this definitive version of Leatherface. The statue features movable head and left elbow joints, and the chainsaw can be held in different positions to express the duality of his personality.
