The Touche Metallique line is a premium sub-series within Figuarts ZERO, known for metallic finishes and larger-scale presentation. UFO Robo Grendizer is a landmark 1975 mecha anime created by Go Nagai, part of the Mazinger franchise. The series follows Duke Fleed, the prince of the planet Fleed, who flees to Earth with the giant robot Grendizer after his homeworld is destroyed by the Vegan Empire. On Earth, he protects his new home from alien invasion while hiding his true identity. Grendizer remains one of the most iconic super robots in anime history, with particular cultural significance in France, the Middle East, and other regions where it achieved massive popularity.
