Date A Live is a light novel and anime series set in a world where spatial quakes threaten humanity, caused by powerful beings known as Spirits who appear from other dimensions. Yatogami Tohka is the first Spirit encountered by the protagonist Shido Itsuka, and her story becomes central to the series. Initially appearing as a dangerous and confused being wielding the Sandalphon sword, Tohka gradually opens up and develops deep feelings for Shido after he seals her powers through a kiss. Her name itself was given to her by Shido, derived from the date of their first encounter. She is known for her voracious appetite and her fierce protectiveness of those she cares about. The Nendoroid was sculpted by Nendoron and JUN (E.V.), with production by Good Smile Company. It was originally released in December 2013, with rereleases in March 2017 and August 2019.
