Good Smile Company's early Nendoroid lineup includes the iconic Tachikoma from Koukaku Kidotai S.A.C., also known as Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, as Nendoroid #022 in the Yellow Ver. This figure brings the beloved AI spider tank into an adorable chibi format. Koukaku Kidotai S.A.C. is set in a near-future world where cybernetic technology has blurred the lines between human and machine. The series follows Section 9, a public security organization led by Major Motoko Kusanagi. Tachikomas are the team's intelligent, spider-like think tanks, equipped with artificial intelligence that evolves throughout the series. Known for their childlike curiosity and philosophical discussions, the Tachikomas develop distinct personalities and form emotional bonds with Section 9 members.
